The Mam C's daughter lives in Bristol now. Of all the places. This site's quite a sad one, I think.... bit of a Glamorgan vibe. Not so Stoneleigh...
To be fair, I didn't see much rubbish (perhaps it was hidden in the undergrowth) and compared to some urban sites it's pretty good. I like the way you come out of the suburban streets, through the dense treeline and out onto the jaw-dropping cliff top. I managed to squeeze this in on a visit to the zoo, so didn't get to Stokeleigh - looks well worth the effort from the pics on TMA though. Not exactly far from me either.
Hopefully there's been a clean-up, then.... mind you it might have been the Samaritans signs on the bridge affecting the vibe!
