Are most of your recent photos all from your recent trip up north? If so, I salute you, it is one epic tour.

Yeah, they are all from May. The weather was variable but the light more or less always interesting with no midges.. major bonus, that. So I had to keep going. Think I lost about half a stone. 14 nights in the back of the car doesn't do a lot for the old bones, but allows abrupt changes to plans!
So would I! The old Rover was ideal, but that gave up the ghost last October. I've now got a not too old Focus estate which is comfortable enough and more or less the same length.

14 nights in the back of the car! I'm looking out my window at my Punto and shuddering at the thought!
