I love some of the little details at this site, like the wavy drystone walling of the forecourt.

Great site tsc. Not heard of it before. Is that original walling or rebuilt?
It's been "partly restored", so I don't know. I think the waviness must be original though (why would you rebuild drystone like that?). I recall reading somewhere that there is an underground stream or spring under the cairn, maybe the waviness relates to that?!
