17/08/2011 – I went for a walk on Bennachie today and remembered a brilliant visit to the hill a couple of years back. Went up in the evening in the pouring rain. As we got to Oxen Craig, the sun shone and the view east over the Bennachie plateau was amazing. Mither Tap beautifully framed by a double rainbow. A sacred hill, no doubt.
