Great little series of photos (and Bladup's too). I fondly recall the day spent walking to this holey old stone and other nearby sites such of the Tinglestone longbarrow in Gatcombe Park. It all felt like an adventure.
Thanks June, it's certainly a beautiful stone. Still haven't got any closer to the Tinglestone, even in the snow the black landrovers were buzzing about.
