Slipper lowe is easy to find and easy to get to. It is just off the road and has a car park right next to it.
It is an eerie place with thin paths leading through it though you can stray from the paths if you like.
It is very boggy and wellies are a must especially in wet weather.
There is not much to see at the site. It is nice to just wander through the trees lost in your own thoughts. There is a rounded central part in the middle that has good views all around.
