Took me forever to find the right conditions to get up to the barrow and this hill fort, more good one !
I'd read your fieldnotes for the cairn before I went and was thinking about your first attempt whilst driving up the Pass. Must have looked great in all that snow.
It did indeed look great, completely out of reach but looking great.
