Graffiti isn’t just a modern day issue.
I wonder if you had to watch out for flying golf balls back then, and the graffiti person doesn't look like they can spell very well but they definitely know the letters R, B, W and A, so well done to him [or her], on a serious note it's good to see it looks the same.
There are pebbles on top then as now, I've just noticed.
