26/09/2012 – The round barrow is situated on the top of Hensbarrow Beacon hill and it’s the oddest hill I’ve been to. Hard to feel you are at any sort of summit as you stand on the top surrounded by china clay spoil heaps that tower over you by 40 meters plus. Really interesting place. The barrow is huge and worth seeing. Small car park by road at SW 99205755.
