Well that's not now going to happen, ever. In theory and on paper or on a bus, yes, but reality is that the claimed "advantages" are being eroded one by one. The latest - "target to reduce annual net migration below 100,000 is unworkable" is a biggy for wasn't that the MAIN issue for a huge number of people?
