The democratic process has been pushed, pulled and bent out of shape by various dark elements and that's exactly what Erdogan has achieved.It's a crap basis for a massive constitutional change, you surely have to agree that?
52 - 48 is more than 8% voting (or votes, whoever made them!) for the change.
