Absolutely agree

Watched some of the soundbites on the news with utter astonishment

"You're not fit to be PM unless you'd press the button"?!?! So unless you're prepared to kill millions of innocent people in an ultimately futile act of revenge you're not fit to be PM?

Might explain why all the ones I can remember have been shite.........

It really is the first time I have heard nuclear weapons discussed in such a way, right down to the fact it ain't even a button really but a series of codes.
Infact probably the grimmest ten mins of radio I've sat down to.
Ever seen "Threads"? Well worth it if you'd like that ten minutes of grimness expanded to an hour and a half.

Oh yes did see that.
I don't know what Corbyn is going to do now, not looking too easy for him but then something tells me it isn't supposed to.
He's had one PMQ and it's only been three weeks or so.
I want Labour to do well up here again.
For the fact it may put some trust back between us up here and the rest.
I do believe that is a real issue, we all need to get behind his new way of doing things.
If the SNP had any real bones about them they'd realise as much as their position on Trident is one most of us agree with, they too would have the unions and indeed the workers at Faslane to persuade.
I fear they may just go about sneering because in reality they've not had to do any persuading at all.
Now if they want to prove themselves they can join in on that one.
