To all you guys..the "majority" I refer to were the folks, on the street, at the funeral, paying their repsects. Yes, there were people against Thatcher and the Tories, but clearly, the majority were supporters.
As I have said, I didn't agree with everything in the Tory manifesto in 1979, but for me it was the only rational choice available.

Anyway, anyway...Geoffrey is going for a midnight swim, one evening, this week, and all will be left is his folded clothes on the beach..
and that is the last you will ever hear from him. Ever.

Like I could give a fuck about all those pro-Thatcher losers anyhow. Really don't care how many of you there are, you're all wrong.

This, this is the problem with you, and why you are a Troll. Its pretty obvious that you don't actually know what was in the 1979 Tory Manifesto. I'll give you a fucking clue, absolutely nothing about the major fucking shit that they actually did in power. You haven't the first idea about UK politics, you do absolutely no research. You just snipe and support a class and a social group of people that would happily shit on you for their own ends.

geoffrey, you suggested that the public funding of the funeral had a genuine democratic mandate. But this appears to be based on nothing more than "the number of people I saw on the telly". Even you must accept that's a pretty weak basis to be making statements about what "the majority" wanted.
