As I say, I have to read more to know *exactly* what I'm talking about, but I got a vague idea, a gut feeling, which amost spills into conspiracy (ot at least 'cahoots') theroy territory, but there ye go.

Salmond & co have always came across as a somewhat 'sinister' shower to me.
