Geoffrey comes on and says wind-up things and refuses to explain or defend. When asked to do so cuts and pastes a Wiki page and then insults people, then says 'ooh I was about to answer properly, honest, but now you said something that sounded a bit harsh so I won't after all', then comes back on with some more of the same codswallop, crowning it with the 'you lot are all really sad for wasting your time like this' stance of the classic troll (who is, of course, in no way sad for coming on to the same board and being its least engaged contributor).
Everyone says flip things once in a while, but they should revise that when they've had chance to think it over. Someone who can only go 'look over there' while doing the stuff listed above has no value on a forum and is a troll and an arse.
