Incidentally, isn't there an obvious way around the Gaza siege? Whilst it's enclosed on land by Israel, the sea is Palestinian waters. Israel has no jurisdiction. israel has been illegally attacking Palestinian fishing boats in those waters, but what if it were big ships full of stuff paid for out of that big donor conference in Egypt?
