It's what we do best!
Now I don't mind not smoking in the pubs so much. My local's put heaters outside and tables and the likes, but at an outside cash machine the other day, it said no smoking "in the doorway". And no lighting up in bus shelters. That's a bit silly!

If you're trying to get inside somewhere and there's two folk blocking the doorway having a smoke, where's the difference from them standing next to you inside? Believe me they will not vacate the doorway to allow you in/out; a slight move to the side at best.
