I had a boring physics teacher who made it unbearable for us. Probably why I didn't carry it on.

Glad there's something new in the curriculum though, it's about time there was something "alternative" to the usual run of the mill stuff they taught us in school.

I loved physics at school. And, we had a fab proper dusty mad prof teacher. He'd finish the lesson and then get us to help him build gyroscopes out of old wheels and carry out irrelevant experiments.
