Morning Supercat. Lovely sunny morning over this neck of the woods. How's it down there?

Best gigs:
T.REX: Birmingham Town Hall Feb. 1976
Led Zeppelin: Knebworth 1979
The Wonder Stuff: Sheffield City Hall, 1994

There's loads more I could have added and which I'll no doubt wish I'd mentioned instead of the above three as soon as hit the 'send message' button...

;-) see my good morning thread on HH KC, xxxxx

Good 3 btw. xxxx

Violent Femmes-Harlesden Mean Fiddler Three and a half hours of pure dead brilliance.Monkees medley, all 3 lps played in full + more

Black Sabbath-Southampton Gaumont Heaven & Hell tour-saw them 3 times Poole with Angelwitch good
London with Girlschool Better
Southampton with Shaking Street i can still see clear as if it was yesterday the bit in warpigs where RJD sang'The black shape with eyes of fire' and a big red spotlight at his feet kicked in thru the and dry ice and then Geezer and Tony kicked in Braaaanggg!!!
20 odd mins of Heaven and Hell was awesome too

Fugazi Newcastle Riverside INTENSE.

can i cheat and mention Springsteen 84 made Wembley Stadium seem like a little club

and just to annoy everyone

U2 Edinburgh '87 only went 'cos everyone else i knew was going not a fan at all,and i thought it was absolutely fantastic

oh and Pearl Jam,Blizzard Of Ozz,Virgin Prunes,Robert Plant and a whole lot more.

worst one i ever saw was Sade, pile of jazzfunk bollocks, went with a couple who had split up the week before to add to the crap atmosphere, and to rub it in having sat thru an hour of souless slapbass jazz wibbling funk lite noodling tosh Sade come on at the end minus the session musos and sang a spine tingling version of Cry Me A River just to hi-lite how shite the rest of it was.

hello supercat how you doing, quiet at the weekend everything all rite.
