The Kingdom Come listed is, I think, the Arthur Brown's Kingdom Come (as in the former Crazy World Of Arthur Brown fella) - not the 80's Zeppelin clones just in case you were wondering why they were there.
Apologies if I got that wrong though.

Anyhoo, I gotta say it seems a little churlish to pick at individual choices made by people who are simply putting their choices forward for this list in goodwill hmm?

I was *hoping* that wasn't the 1980's hair metal band called Kingdom Come -- but you know, whatever floats yer boat.

You're absolutely right (although I could probably rustle up a copy of the hair-metal Kingdom Come's seminal "In Your Face" from some forgotten recess in amongst the old Great White and LA Guns tapes in the attic. Gag me with a spoon!)
