Albums that just missed my top 25:

The Who - Who's Next
Bad Brains - Rock For Light
Archie Shepp - Fire Music
Minutemen - Double Nickels on the Dime
Replacements - Let It Be
Public Enemy - Nation of Millions

And I couldn't bring myself to vote for James Brown "Star Time" because it's a 20 year retrospective. It's four 111% awesome CD's of the masterfunk, and if I (personally) thought it was fair to vote for career retrospective box sets it would probably be my pick for #1! However I think it kind of defeats the purpose of choosing "best albums" to choose a "complete recordings" comp.

Just the same, don't let me stop you from voting for it if you want to. . . !
