Neolithic Cement?

Failed to find any cement while I was at Arthur's Stone. Failed to look for it. Was too obsessed by a cup marked stone that turned out to be elsewhere.

Can't say I've seen or heard of anything similar. Weren't it the Romans that invented that sort of stuff?

No cement goes back to at least the Greeks - the Romans added volcanic ash.

The concept was around in Neolithic times - or there abouts. Not known in this country though. I think the first "cement" was bitumen - babylon or Sumer?
