Jane - it seems to work OK for me, using the permalink facility - for example http://www.themodernantiquarian.com/post/43721/weblog/ should take you straight to Fitz in Sardinia (fingers crossed!) .... but only coz I was trying to direct postman to the right places ie http://www.themodernantiquarian.com/post/37730/weblog/ did I get it to work ..... not sure what would happen if someone deleted an early blog though re the numbering!
