Do you have any curiosity about fairies ? If you do (as I do)
Maybe, if you like, we can have a talk about it.

Tommy. I have no interest in fairies myself and this link is not related to the ancient sites but was Britain's biggest ever fairy related story. It was proved to be untrue but is very interesting to read anyway when you have spare time. The story was also made into a film.

Hope you enjoy it.
Geoff.

I am mad about them, Tommy. (sorry, I have been on holiday and didn't see your message). Well - not the type that little girls like (eg Tinkerbell), and not the New Age ones that people have spiritual conversations with.

I'm interested in the weird grumpy ones that normally sane people see sometimes. And I'm interested in the overlap with 21st century fortean things like u.f.o's.

There's something out there, surely.

Or else there's a really deep human need to make these things up. Across the world, it would seem.

It's all very interesting, whatever. And I like discovering all the stories about the places on TMA, and quite a few in Britain have stories about fairies. I can't read any other languages (I'm working slowly on Welsh) so I know almost nothing about the fairies in other European countries. It was very nice to see you have them in Italy.
