Same comment really. On that basis it could have been either means of transport.

Or some of the implements could have come from the Irish bluestone sources. Everyone seems to forget about those*.

*Except T.C. Lethbridge who suggested that the stones at Stonehenge really came from Kerry - hence the story of Merlin bringing Stonehenge from Ireland.
