We're off to N Wales for the Easter weekend! We'll be based in Llandudno, so the Greta Orme is on the list, as is a circumnavigation of Anglesey.

I've printed off FW's weblog, which shows what'sdo-able at a push, but wondered which sites people consider essential, and conversely, those not worth bothering with.

As always, accessibility is essential, as I'll be leaving Mikki in the car whilst I'm off tromping, so 2-mile hikes are out.

Any thoughts?

How queer! Can you read my mind or are you following me or summat? Moth and me are currently thinking 'bout a 2-day trip to Norff Wales during the week beginning 12 April.

You're not going to Cyprus next week and haven't told me, are you?!

Are you going as far as Anglesey? There are a few places you could get at over there.

Have you pur-chased that wheelchair yet? As I recall it was on the cards.

Well, I'll be on Anglesey next weekend, with a group of stoney people - no one else off TMA, though, as far as I'm aware. :o(

We've hired a youth hostel for the weekend and there's still a few places available, if anyone's interested. Cost about 20 quid each for the hire of the hostel.

At the weekend I bought a small CADW publication called, Anglesey, A Guide to Ancient Monuments on the Isle of Anglesey. It was only £2.95, and has some info on the most famous sites on the island. The books covers a broad period, up to Medieval, but there's quite a bit of TMA period stuff in there.

The ISBN is: 1-85760-142-4, and I think it's available at most CADW shops (I was in Raglan, and you can't get much further from Anglesey than that without slipping into enemy territory).
