Hello Baza

Thanks for your endorsement! :-) We did have Grey (I never caught any more of his name) with us who lived near Caer Caradoc (the one nearer Ludlow) for the Shropshire / skirting Powys Meet, earlier in the year. (Mitchell's Fold, Hoarstones, Maen Beuno, Bury Ditches Hillfort & curry in Welshpool meet!)

Yes, I remembered him just as I pressed Post Message.

`Reg` on this site. He appeared for a couple of months on TMA and then seemed to go away again. Reckoned that he had re-discovered a standing stone [Great Hagley] which looks as if its difficult to miss.

He gave some very good instructions for the best approach to [The Hoarstones] , too.
