I wish i could concur.
A black pal and myself were 'rail roving' around Wales and found a lot of the populous to be rude and racist.
Hell, in Bethesda, Steve (my pal) was spat at and openly abused (needless to say, when this had happened a few times, we got more than a little pissed off) though when he finally stopped and asked somebody what their problem was , they couldn't get away quick enough, they obviously thought he was about to panel them. Which he would have been more than justified in doing. Guess if your white it's OK prance about the region (though funily, we didn't get any stick in South Wales...only the North, go figure??)
