I think you're being a bit harsh HD, I'm happy to admit I thought some aspects of it looked interesting and certainly scenic. I have a real problem with 'time travel' stuff though, especially as in this case two of the main characters from both time periods are played by the same actor. I would have given it a go if it had been a 'one-off' but life is too short to watch sixteen episodes of anything - also it seems to be on an obscure channel called STARZ. The stone circle is enticing and I'm sorry to learn it is a fake one.
