You did the right thing to get a "must see" list........I tried to do about 50% of the relevant listed sites in Aberdeenshire in 3 days......TOO MUCH FUN!

TBH, I'll be quite happy if I manage to visit three or four decent stone circles on the mainland. My holidays are multi-purpose, and not just megalith hunts :)

One day is definitely going to be taken up with a trip down to see this little medieval beauty:
