This is the year I've been promising myself now for some time. I am going to Scotland for our annual 3 week holiday. I'd love to vivit every site but instead have decided to take a more relaxed tour stopping at the more interesting places. As it has to be said that not everyonr in the group shares the same enthusiasm as I do on this particular subject. The tour will include some of the more obvious sites as Callanish, Maeshowe, Skara Brae and Stenness.

Being an alien to the country never having travelled North of Edinburgh. I am looking for interesting places, nice camp sites, B&B's, General info, lovelly beaches and something megalithic that just might possibly move me, at least for a moment

drop me an e-mail (andy at stravaiging.com) and I'll sort you out with where to go

Cheers
Andy

Greenland/Falls of Acharn does it for me & would be my 'top tip'!!!!

Killen on the Western end of Loch Tay is fabulous, as is the Falls of Dochart Inn in Killen. The walk from the Bridge of Orchy Hotel is something special too (as are almost all the Lochs and Glens actually).
