Sorry Tuesday..it's not really my area but being up there I had to go looking for sites. I also don't have a map down here in Cornwall so can't even try to see if I have been to the places you mention.
It's a great area for walking and I am sure we will be up there again in the near future. What i like about it is you very rarely see anybody else! Can be wild though, especially up around the tyfi pools.
