Maybe we can get the Red Lion to inscribe it on a blue plaque and stick it by the front door...

...especially as the Lion is on the sites of 6 of the stones! ;)

Ahh... hadn't thought of that :-) Was once in Avebury with a friend who, looking out across the south-east quadrant, past sarsens and towards the Lion and the church, the houses and the antique shop that used to be a teashop said, "This is England in a nutshell."

That just about sums it up :-)
