If so, then - No. Looking at Eogan's book the only photo of K15 is with it standing upright, as it is now.

All the pics I have seen and taken are like that but I'm sure there is one where it is facing skywards , maybe it was a dream .
If I wasn't dreaming or it doesn't exist , I can only think it must have been the horizontal bit on K7 which has some similarities .
