Has anyone ever seen a pic of kerbstone K15 taken when it was horizontal ?

Do you mean lying flat with the decoration facing upwards, rather than outwards?

If so, then - No. Looking at Eogan's book the only photo of K15 is with it standing upright, as it is now.
