No, it probably includes the access route to Cairn T etc. on Carnbane East but Cairn L and the rest of Carnbane West is owned by the other brother and is still an active farm AFAIK. Hopefully it won't affect access to Carnbane East but who knows, I wonder is there an existing agreement with the OPW.
There is a proper right of way to cairn T etc, so this is not in danger. Shame it's not the other side, so that it could be opened up :-(

Anyone been up there lately? Someone recently told me that the carved stone in the field on the way to cairn L has gone! Can anyone verify this?

There's an amazing souterrain on the estate with multiple beehive chambers. At least, I think it's on the estate, but it could be elsewhere in Loughcrew TD.

Was up there last night ( http://www.themodernantiquarian.com/post/67357/cairn_s.html )and the carved stone just in from the gate is definitely still in place.

I was a bit dubious of some of Brennans claimed alignments, especially Cairn S but looks like he was right about it, in the state it's in now. It's odd the way the passage is sunken into the cairn behind the kerb, it's probably impossible to tell if there was any view from the chamber when the full cairn was in place though.
