There's a bunch of folks up Rothbury who do stuff around upper Coquetdale.

Fieldwalking mostly, but also with talks and stuff. They also do a dig once a year, it was they who uncovered the previously unconfirmed Long Cairn at Hareheugh Hillfort. But I think this year their dig is a mostly dull and probably* unmegalithic medeival thingy of some variety.

*But you never know, so many of those Coquetdale sites are more multi-phase than they first appear.
