Hey ! I've found my first cup and ring stone. It's crap - but it's in Lancs (broken and built into a wall). I'm wondering what the archaeologists will try to describe it as !

It's not that uncommon to find RA in dykes , probably the builder saw it as a means of protecting it . Farmers often incorporate them into their garden walls or even a rockery .
