Looking at the map in that area there isn't a stone circle that would be within 10 acres of the house. There is a standing stone and a stone row nearby though. Nice area. Nice price!

It would be interesting to know what it is that the Estate agent has decided is a stone circle. Can you go along as a prospective purchaser FW?
