Just said Id put it out there, a couple of Irish megalith enthusiasts are heading over to Holy Island, near Mountshannon in Co. Clare to view the various (mainly early Christain) sites on the island.

Probably leaving from harbour at 10 30am on sunday 15th May. Give me a shout if anyone is interested in heading over.

Hope it goes well. I visited Lindisfarne today for the first time - not megalithic but something I have wanted to do for quite a while. Although my trip to Northumbria was arranged some time ago the timing couldn't have been more significant. Some things in life do feel 'meant to be'.
