It took ages to get it out , from when it was discovered , and left to the bloke who very cannily had troweled it . Contained a cremation too .
The earlier 1855 excavation found cremations at the foot of the stones , a shaft grave 3m deep with a cist (the pictish stone now sits on top of the site of the shaft ) and three further urns .Your'e right , it is a bit special and a privilege .
