Ah sure..after realising I had made a typo in my subject line, I headed out to see what I could see. Now I'm sure if I had a GPS and OSI map I could have zeroed in on some of these like a missile. But where's the fun in that? So, armed with my print out from Google and my AA Atlas of Ireland (that I got for 3.99 with any fuel purchase) for backup, I hit the road and promptly got lost. A few backtracks later I found where I was suppposed to be. I found some likely areas but couldn't fully investigate as I was in my office clothes and I doubt if my workmates would have appreciated my returning with cow slop up to my knees.

I may leave a pair of bog stompin' boots in my car for events such as this.

I know I was in the general area so I looked at the topography and thought about the distances shown on the map. I get the impression that if I found one of them I'd pretty much have line of sight to the ones on either side. But that may be too much to hope for.

End of the day.....

I'm intrigued.

Congratulations on, if nothing else, the length of your lunch break!
