I've seen rockhopper's notes and videos about this - it appears that I did not put my letter expressing my thoughts into the envelope when I returned them.

It is interesting stuff and definitely deserves following up. As with any theory, I think there are some gaps and some 'leaps too far'.

I was down in the Comeragh Mountains at the weekend and noticed a few features that do fit the bill - rock formations/arrangements that seem unlikely via natural processes. I'm undecided on this one, but I would like it to be valid.

Tom/ Rockhopper,

I would be interested in any info you have on this. I have a theory myself on an alignment with the Galtees I was wondering if this might link in somehow.

anyone wanting info on this can contact me on 058 47356 (eire) Thanks fourwinds for the endorsement, theres more out there than you can possibly imagine. As for the leap too far, 9 square kilometres is no small amount. Any geologists out there will be more than welcome aboard. Its taken five years to cover the south east on my own, i could do with help to see if the same stuff exists elsewhere. I would be surprised if it was not there in wales, although the limits in ireland seem to be confined to the south east, unless anyone else knows otherwise. Happy rockhopping!
