Dare I suggest that an Ireland-based wing of HA would be nice in many ways...? Not a new idea ;^) and I know yer a busy man 4W....

Just an suggestion. You'd be pretty much alone on the ground unless you could rope in others, but I'm sure some of the existing HAers'd be happy to help with stuff like letter writing/editing, press releases, ideas etc.
