I suppose it's tempting to read a biblical connection into the lettering that looks like EZR5. And that chapter is about building a temple with large stones. :(
But clearly the motivations of anyone fucked up enough to daub paint over a prehistoric monument, are a bit hazy for me to grasp, and it doesn't really matter where they got the inspiration does it. Most bible readers don't do feel the need to do such things.
