The place is starting to get back to how it once was too.
Up there a few weeks back and i was talking to some of the people still living there, their intention is to remain there a while longer and clear the whole place up with the ultimate aim to return the woodland back to how it was before they took up residence there. They've already made a good start with the amazing rigging in the valley below the lower camp gone and lots of the smaller structures also dismantled.
I must say, the area was the quietest i've ever known it.
I'll miss the camp when it's gone, i've spent many an happy hour up there, often with my kids in tow, talking to the protesters, though i understand it does need to be returned to nature.
Well done all who took part, a job well done and a massive thanks from"i" for one. : )
