...yeah, I'm still none the wiser (just a little bit older!) I presume it's all in legalese (a law-abiding pasta?) to justify their expenses. Good result though.

Well it's certainly the right & best result of what the high Court were deciding.

But I get the impression from the bits & bats that peeps have told me (the bits I understand!) that in simplistic terms, it's up to the Peak Park now. That statement by them makes me very nervous tho....
