I appreciate the passion of your sentiments and I 'm totally behind the protection of the Nine Ladies area.

But it probably ain't too great an idea to start your first contribution to this site with "You Bastard!", no matter how noble the intention n' all.

I mean, surely you can see how that might be taken as a little rude - especially as I'm pretty sure most folk on this thread are here with similar intentions as yourself re: 9 Ladies?

that's alright, I called myself a bastard so he can too.

One of the websites pointed to here says the quarrying will be 100m away. How far is it away now just out of interest?

And I take it all back about the camping thing, if no-one camps at the circle any more. but it has been damaged in the past for sure for being so 'popular' (eg stone broken). It's all very sad.
