Chuckle... nearly did go all earth goddessy but thought better of it. Mind, we do have the lovely Alton Goddess so I know it's not all me head :-)

do tell - am I being daft?

I was thinking of the chain of hills in the Vale of Pewsey which begin with Tan Hill, then Milk Hill (with a barrow 'nipple' on top), Walker's Hill (with the Adam's Grave 'nipple' on top) and ending with Knap Hill, suggesting to some a recumbent female figure.

Are the Callanish Goddess and the Dna Chioch Anann hills (the Paps of Annu) in Ireland all part of the same tradition of 'tinkering' with the landscape to tease out the goddess within. I wonder if something interesting (in the astronomical sense) might happen this weekend in the Vale of Pewsey during the standstill.

Conversely, I could be losing the plot completely (made even more likely after an afternoon at the Fox and Raven :-)
