Thanks for the books you left at the library. "The Living Stream" is particularly good. Interesting nugget I found in one of the well books. Ina 19th c book by someone called Ashe she mentions that two "celtic" spoons were found by a stream in Weston, theres a picture in an old BM iron age book of them. Apparently they were found in Lockesbrook cemetery (presumably when burying someone). The Loxbrook, which was a pretty powerful stream (it served 2 mills in Weston) runs down the side of the cemetery towards the river, but if you go back to the "oldmap" map of this cemetery, there are also 3 stones marked there as well, one being next to the stream.... doubt if you would find the old stones, the cemetery grown apiece since then.
